The Cage Youth Foundation was formed in 2001 by C3 Bayside as a community Youth Initiative

Our Aim is to offer effectual, alternatives for the young people of our Community and beyond. Alternatives that will assist them with the contemporary issues that they face and encourage and bring value to them.
REPS in partnership with CEA and the Redlands Helping Our Own Initiative are fostering the Language, Literacy and Numeracy program called "It's not School" and is funded by DEEWR. Whilst this program is available to people of all ages within the eligibility criteria, The Cage Youth Foundation are taking this to Redlands dis-engaged youth.

Career Employment Australia has been assisting job seekers since 1980, and was created to provide employment opportunities to disadvantaged job seekers.

The organization has a long history of assisting youth, migrants, people returning to the workforce, people with disabilities, Indigenous people, exoffenders and mature aged clients. From many sites throughout South East Queensland.

The organisation delivers most services free of charge, funded through Local, State and Federal Governments.
