There is a considerable lack of policy and procedures within the small business sector , relating to Compliance in Laws about Privacy, Disability, Bullying & Discrimination, Consumer laws, Refunds , Workplace Health and Safety, Recruitment, Termination, Subcontractors, Employee status and the impact of drugs and alcohol in the workplace or workplace sanctioned activitiesThe lack of awareness or having management policies in place exposes business to unwelcome and adverse, proceedings and publicity.
